Catherine Hodson joined the Abel Hall team in April of 2021 after working for Deloitte in New Orleans for two years as an Audit & Assurance Senior. Her role at Abel Hall consists of assisting the advisors in developing and maintaining comprehensive financial plans for our clients. She also supports client relations and carries out day-to-day operations of the firm. Her plan for the future is to become a financial professional at Abel Hall and to serve as a trusted advisor and resource for our valuable clients.
Catherine was born and raised in Baton Rouge, where she attended St. Joseph’s Academy and then Louisiana State University. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from LSU with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she became a Louisiana State Board Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, she is an avid golfer and enjoys all types of competition. She also loves spending time with her family, which includes her dad Tommy, her mom Andy, her twin sister Christina, and her dog Bluebell.
